The vehicles are modified to accommodate photographic equipment and tripods. On the Chobe River, the boats are modified with side-seats and tripod mounts to ensure the best shots. Various well-known photographers offer their services guiding these safaris and they bring a wealth of photographic knowledge and experience.
Some photographic safaris can be arranged to include the use of photographic equipment. These can either be based at various lodges or as part of a privately guided mobile camping safari.
